Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school-based setting just outside Newark, DE. This contract role focuses on providing speech-language services for a single school, primarily delivering group direct therapy, with additional individual and consultative services. You'll collaborate with educational staff, attend IEP meetings, and play a key role in developing and monitoring therapy goals for a diverse pediatric caseload.

Qualifications & Skills

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with school-based pediatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with teletherapy and in-person service delivery
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring
• Strong collaborative and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapyprimarily group, some individualper IEP requirements
• Provide regular consultative services for students and staff
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings
• Write, implement, and monitor measurable IEP goals
• Maintain accurate session logs and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Adjust therapy approaches to accommodate a caseload of approximately 1724 students
• Support students ranging from consult-only to more intensive group intervention
• Participate in professional training provided by the district
• Deliver services during school hours, estimated 1518 hours per week, 7:30am3:00pm
