Providing essential speech and language support to K-12 students requires both expertise and dedication. This opportunity is designed for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) professional ready to make a positive impact within a committed educational environment.
Position Details:
- Discipline: Speech Language Pathologist or CFY
- Location: New Oxford, PA
- Setting: Onsite within a K-12 school
- Schedule: Full or part-time options available
- Caseload: Primarily elementary students
- Job Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
Qualifications:
- Valid PA Speech Language Pathologist License
- Experience with school-based SLP services preferred
- Ability to deliver tailored therapy to meet diverse student needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
- Participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities
