Make a meaningful impact by supporting elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist working onsite with a dynamic school team. This part-time contract position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators and families while delivering essential services to students from Pre-K through 5th grade.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in pediatrics, educational settings, or healthcare serving children is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Passion for making a difference in students lives

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation for student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies supporting a positive learning environment
• Offer guidance and support to caregivers and teachers regarding student communication goals
