A K-12 school in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services throughout the school year on a contract basis. This role focuses on supporting students with diverse communication needs in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and reports, in compliance with district and state regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise on student communication development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working with pediatric populations within school settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based strategies for speech and language therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
