This contract opportunity near Nazareth, PA is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) passionate about early intervention and flexibility in caseloads. Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid educator certification (PPID required)
- Experience with school-based speech therapy, especially preschool and/or K-12 settings
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and school assignments as needed
- Commitment to working in-person throughout the contract period
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver itinerant speech-language services for preschool early intervention programs
- Provide assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for students with diverse needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in line with state and district guidelines
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adjust caseload to include school-age students during the academic year, as required
- Support students from PreK to 12th grade, ensuring consistent progress and goal achievement
