Job Description

An opportunity is available for a specialist to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to provide essential speech therapy services for the upcoming school year, focusing on the diverse needs of students.

Location: Natchez, MS

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs, actively participating in IEP meetings
  • Monitor and report on student progress
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to support student outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school settings
  • Proficient in conducting assessments and developing IEPs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
