Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Familiarity with school-based speech services and individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Comfort working across multiple age groups (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver speech/language therapy services for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students communication needs
  • Provide direct and consultative support throughout the school community
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team discussions
