Job Description

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students in Naperville, IL. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) with 22.5 hours per week dedicated to providing speech and language services in an educational setting.

Qualifications:

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
  • Experience working in school settings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
