Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for a leave contract position within a K-12 school setting located in Murrieta, CA. This role focuses primarily on serving middle school students across three schools, providing essential therapy services to support their communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech-language therapy tailored to middle school students
  • Collaborate with educators and families to create individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and document student progress and maintain detailed records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California SLP licensure is required
  • Experience working in school settings, specifically with pediatric populations
  • Knowledge of teletherapy methods, although this position is primarily onsite
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs
