Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in an educational setting. This full-time position is based in Mt Zion, IL, within a K-12 school environment, and runs for the upcoming school year, from August 18, 2025, to November 24, 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License (IL SLP-CCC)
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and the assessment process

Location:

  • Mt Zion, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student outcomes
