Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field for SLPs; relevant licensure for SLPAs
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status welcomed
- Pediatric or school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Experience with healthcare-related SLP settings a plus
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with prek-12th grade students
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain up-to-date documentation adhering to school protocols
- Participate in student support meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams
- Offer consultation and training for school personnel as needed
