Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License
  • Experience working with high school, elementary, and early childhood students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Location:

  • Morris, IL (Itinerant)

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to assigned caseloads, including autism and multi-needs students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
  • Conduct individual and group sessions, tailoring approaches to meet diverse needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to transition plans as required
