A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Hemet, CA, serving a K-12 public school setting with a focus on a middle school caseload. This contract position is ideal for licensed professionals who possess certification as an SLP-CCC and have experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based settings. The position starts ASAP through November, with a strong possibility of extension and additional coverage opportunities in December and February.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive speech-language therapy to approximately 4050 students with diverse communication needs. The caseload is dynamic and may shift based on evolving student requirements. The SLP will deliver direct therapy services, collaborate with educational teams, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district policies.
