Job Description

Located in Monett, MO, this role involves providing essential speech-language pathology services within an elementary school setting for the duration of the 2025-2026 school year. Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • 2 years or more of relevant experience, preferably in school settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Location: Monett, MO (Elementary School)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
