Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is based in Modesto, CA, serving students across grades TK through 12 in a dynamic K-12 school setting. The contract runs from the start of the school year through the end of the school year, offering an excellent opportunity to impact diverse student populations with varying speech and language needs.

Primary responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering both direct and indirect speech therapy services. The role requires collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to support students communication development and academic success.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • California Speech-Language Pathology license or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credential
  • Proficient in delivering comprehensive SLP services including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to manage a caseload with diverse disabilities and communication disorders
  • Experience working in school settings, serving children and adolescents from TK to grade 12
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to support multidisciplinary teams
