Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to support students communication growth in a dynamic middle school setting. This contract position is perfect for an SLP with their CCC, eager to make a lasting impact during the 20262027 academic year. Key Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience in K-12 school settings, preferably at the middle school level
  • Ability to supervise and collaborate with Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Minnesota SLP licensure or ability to secure prior to start date

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee speech-language services for two middle schools, ensuring compliance with IEPs and school policies
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as needed
  • Supervise an SLPA, offering guidance and support as they deliver the majority of the direct services
  • Complete assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
