Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (CFY or CCC accepted)
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation for K-12 students
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience or interest in working within a school setting, supporting diverse student populations
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy for students with varied needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
• Offer consultation and training for school staff when needed
