Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Texas SLP license is needed to provide essential services to elementary students during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role offers a hybrid work schedule with four days onsite and one day remote each week, allowing a balance between direct student interaction and flexible work from home.

Location: Crandall, TX working primarily in an elementary school setting, the SLP will deliver individualized speech and language therapy to support student communication development. Collaborating with educators and families, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language impairments, contributing to students academic success and social confidence over the course of the school year.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language evaluations to identify needs
  • Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
