Job Description

Location: Mesa, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
  • Develop tailored strategies to enhance learning and communication.
  • Actively schedule and participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings.
  • Create, implement, and revise IEPs to meet students' needs.
  • Complete Direct Service Billing forms as required for Medicaid reimbursement.
  • Consult with parents and educational staff regarding student progress and strategies.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations for articulation, voice, fluency, and language.
  • Maintain organized records of student service schedules and evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • IVP Fingerprint Card for background checks.
  • CCC certification preferred.
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
