Job Description

Enthusiastic and dedicated professionals are sought to fill five positions for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Located in McMinnville, OR, this role involves working directly within a K-12 school environment, providing critical support to students across various grade levels.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: McMinnville, Oregon

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide intervention for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Deliver services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
