Job Description
Support students' growth and communication abilities as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist. Work with a diverse K-12 caseload in a rewarding school-based setting, collaborating closely with educators and families to deliver impactful services that make a real difference.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience serving K-12 students preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt interventions and assessments for varied student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy onsite for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans addressing communication disorders
- Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and local regulations
- Offer recommendations and resources to caregivers and staff for supporting student development
