You'll work full-time, delivering high-quality support to help students reach their communication goals in a collaborative and rewarding environment. The assignment runs from August 17th, 2026, through June 12th, 2027, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours, with 7-hour workdays.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Active and valid Virginia SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• A passion for making a difference in children's lives

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans within IEP frameworks
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Track students' progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
