Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility; CCC highly desirable
- Minimum 2+ years of SLP experience in California schools
- At least 1 year using SEIS documentation
- Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators (preferred)
- Comfort managing high caseloads and referrals
- Willing to consider Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services onsite at Alpha Elementary (caseload: 60-65, including 25-30 speech-only students)
- Supervise SLPAs (as assigned)
- Maintain up-to-date SEIS records and compliance
- Manage referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in ongoing professional development
