Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for three licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to provide services in a middle school setting in Lowell, MA. This position is onsite with a typical schedule of 35 to 37.5 hours per week during the current school year (CSY), serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy to students with diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP CCC or SLPA license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Ability to effectively deliver services to students of various ages and needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
