A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Los Lunas, NM. This contract role is ideal for an SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) passionate about supporting students' communication needs across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social communication progress
• Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting interventions as needed
• Provide consultation and resources to classroom staff for communication strategies

Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with children from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educators
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that address the diverse needs of students
• Knowledge of current speech-language pathology assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
