Job Description

A contract position is available in Los Angeles, CA, for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve in a high school setting. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in school-based speech-language pathology who are committed to supporting the communication development of adolescents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to promote student progress
  • Documenting and reporting on student performance and therapy outcomes
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to educational planning

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
