Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
  • Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfort creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Dedication to fostering positive student outcomes and family relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and monitor IEP goals, tailoring interventions to support student growth
  • Provide both direct and consultative services, including remote options via teletherapy
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions that motivate students and address their unique needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in progress meetings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
