Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a K-12 educational setting located in Littleton, CO. This contract position is set to commence with the upcoming school year and involves working 37.5 hours per week with a varied caseload of approximately 50 students. Assignments will be tailored based on individual staff strengths, allowing for a focused and fulfilling work experience.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Colorado SLP license
  • Certification from the Colorado Department of Education
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide speech and language services to students across various grade levels
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as part of a collaborative team
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Provide support to students with diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to enhance student outcomes
