Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 school setting located in Little Falls, MN. This contract role offers an opportunity to support students in developing their communication skills throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student success.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid MN Department of Education SLP license.

  • Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a K-12 environment.
