Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the upcoming school year in Litchfield, MN. This onsite role supports a K-12 caseload, providing essential speech and language services within the school environment. The assignment is a contract position designed to deliver consistent and impactful support to students throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students specific needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Experience working with a diverse student population in a K-12 school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of current speech-language therapy techniques and best practices.
