A rewarding opportunity has opened for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students in Lillington, NC. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), providing the chance to make a meaningful difference in children's communication development within an educational setting.
Ideal candidates will hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and possess experience working in schools. Skills specific to school-based SLP roles, including assessment, individualized therapy, and collaboration with educators, are essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with CCC credential
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services
- Familiarity with public school regulations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students
