Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough speech, language, and hearing screenings, along with diagnostic assessments.
  • Developing and delivering individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to elementary and high school students.
  • Providing direct, evidence-based therapy for a variety of communication disorders.
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress and success.
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation and preparing progress reports in compliance with school and state standards.
  • Participating in paid team meetings and utilizing built-in administrative hours for essential paperwork.
  • Managing a split site schedulethree days at one elementary campus and one at a high school.

Qualifications youll need:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid South Carolina state SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Ability to clear background and fingerprinting requirements before starting.
  • Proven skills in communication, organization, and time management.
