Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 educational setting. This full-time position is based in Lexington, SC, where you will provide essential support to a diverse caseload of 45 students, addressing their speech and language needs within an onsite framework.

Qualifications:

  • Valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
  • CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly in school settings
  • Proficiency in assessment and intervention strategies for students with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
