Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech and language services within K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student growth and achievement
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide support and strategies for educators to facilitate students continued success in the classroom
