Now Hiring: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Winchendon, MA for the upcoming 20262027 school year. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative therapy team and make a direct impact supporting students in an educational setting.

Position Overview

Full-time schedule for the full school year
Work alongside two other SLPs in a team-based model


Key Responsibilities

 - Provide speech and language therapy services to students
 - Manage a student caseload and provide case management
 - Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations
 - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
 - Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team collaboration
 - Provide supervision (if applicable)
 - Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
MA DESE Certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage caseload and collaborate effectively

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
