Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist is needed to support an elementary caseload in Wilmington, NC. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with young students in a school setting, utilizing your expertise to make a lasting impact on their communication skills and academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Deliver services in-person and through teletherapy as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience with school-based pediatric caseload preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort with teletherapy delivery methods
  • Candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with appropriate credentials will be considered

Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Duration: Contract for the school year
