Job Description

This onsite, full-time contract position places you directly in a supportive school community near Leipsic, OH, where you can help shape successful communication skills in young learners.

As an SLP with your CCC and the required certifications, youll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with dedicated professionals. Youll play an integral role in developing intervention plans, providing therapy, and monitoring student progress throughout the academic year.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Valid Ohio SLP license and Educator Certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving caseloads and contribute to IEP teams
  • Passion for supporting K-12 student success and fostering a positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students onsite
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed documentation and track student progress
  • Communicate with teachers, parents, and staff to coordinate support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with educational standards
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
