Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide critical support within a K-12 educational environment. This role is designed for those who are passionate about enhancing the communication skills of students through tailored speech-language pathology services.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Location:

  • Lawrence, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans consistent with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment.
