Step into a vital role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a dynamic school setting. You'll be instrumental in fostering language and communication skills in elementary-aged students while working alongside dedicated educational teams. This contract opportunity is based near Lakeville, MN, and requires travel between three school sites throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active MDE School License required
• Previous experience working as an SLP in school environments, particularly with mild to moderate disabilities, is highly valued
• Ability to adapt communication and interventions for a range of student needs, including but not limited to elementary-aged children
• Comfort in a consultative and collaborative model, providing services both at specific schools and districtwide
• Strong organizational skills to work across multiple sites and manage a varied caseload
• Willingness to complete a district-specific background check before starting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language support for students across two elementary schools (Liberty Ridge and Hillside) four days a week
• Provide districtwide SLP support one day per week, working with students with a range of disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
• Travel between three assigned schools as required
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with district guidelines
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, providing professional input and educational recommendations
• Participate in remote interview processes (panel or 1:1 formats)
