A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Lakeville, MN, providing services within a school setting. This contract role focuses on supporting middle school students, delivering specialized speech and language therapy to help enhance their communication skills and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary strategies for student success.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with middle school caseloads, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time during school hours.
