Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Lakeville, MN, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is offered from January 2026 through May 2026, covering a leave. The role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, focusing on delivering both direct and indirect therapy services, managing cases effectively, and tracking student progress consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
  • Conduct indirect therapy services including consultations and collaboration with educators
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly to adjust treatment as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Minnesota state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in speech-language pathology
  • Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not mandatory
