Job Description

An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This role focuses on addressing the diverse communication needs of students across multiple school locations, ensuring each child receives the necessary guidance and support.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices
  • South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
  • SC Educator License

Location:
Lake City, SC

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
