Job Description

An opportunity exists for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a dynamic educational environment. This position is based in Kent, WA, within a K-12 school setting, and focuses primarily on addressing the needs of middle school and some high school students.

Qualifications:

Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
Experience in healthcare and pediatric speech therapy
Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Location:
Kent, WA

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for approximately 50 students
Provide direct therapy services to students with mild to moderate disabilities
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
