A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide maternity leave coverage in a K-12 school setting in Racine, WI. This contract position runs from February through May 2026 and offers the chance to support a diverse caseload of students across all grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Wisconsin SLP license
- Open to experienced clinicians and strong Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Proven ability to work effectively onsite in a school environment
- Experience serving K-12 students preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
