A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available working onsite in a K-12 school setting located in Kenner, LA. This contract opportunity runs through the current school year and offers a dynamic role supporting students across multiple schools with a focus on elementary-level caseloads, especially in west bank locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in compliance with individual education plans
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement intervention plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Adhere to district policies including drug screen and fingerprinting requirements

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with school-age children preferred
• Ability to work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, aligned with the school calendar

Location & Schedule:

• Onsite position based in Kenner, LA
• Full-time, 7 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• School calendar schedule through the end of the current school year (approximately May 22, 2026)
