  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and fellow therapists

Role responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students according to IEP goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators and special education staff
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the teams understanding of each students progress
