We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC) for an onsite, contract assignment located near Kansas City, MO, with a full-time schedule at a vibrant high school. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with students, faculty, and families to support communication needs and facilitate student success in an educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and CCC required
  • Previous school-based or high school SLP experience is preferred
  • Commitment to working onsite, Monday through Friday, 9am to 4:40pm
  • Skill in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Passionate about supporting student achievement in a diverse learning environment

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to high school students
  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEPs
  • Communicate progress with students, parents, and staff
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Serve as a resource for faculty and participate in relevant school meetings
