Qualifications:

  • Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Proficient in teletherapy practices
  • Strong case management skills
  • Knowledge of various disabilities, including Speech Impairment and Autism

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 46 students, focusing on their unique communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create effective intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
  • Facilitate both onsite and virtual therapy sessions, adapting to the needs of students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student cases and overall progress
