Job Description

This onsite contract position in Junction City, OR seeks a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with a school credential to support K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 34 students across two adjacent schools. The clinician will oversee student assessments, develop individualized goals, lead IEP meetings, and provide direct therapy services. Strong organizational skills are essential, as the role requires case management, scheduling and coordinating meetings independently, and drafting IEP documents with 7-10 prior drafts per meeting.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Oregon state license for Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant credential with school endorsement
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload independently
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, developing goals, and leading IEP meetings
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Position Details:

  • Location: Junction City, Oregon
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
  • Duration: August 25, 2025, through May 22, 2026
  • Onsite contract role supporting two schools in close proximity
