Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis for students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress in accordance with IEP goals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and related documentation as required by the school.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 2 or more years of experience in a school setting, pediatric, or healthcare preferred.
• Proficient in developing IEPs and understanding of the educational system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
